02 — The suite

Every tool ends in a document

Each asks what a good strategist would ask, then writes what you would have written afterwards. Saved against a brand, shareable as a link.

01

Growth Diagnostic

Names what is actually holding a business back, then writes the strategy that fixes it — the model your business actually runs on, the tracks in the order the diagnosis demands, what your budget should produce in leads and customers, and what not to buy.

Returns. A diagnosis, a full strategy document, and the arithmetic behind it. No prices.

Self-contained 150 tokens
02

KF Brain

Takes the diagnosis outside. Three rounds of research in any chat window — what competitors really charge and how big the market is, where this business actually stands against them, and then the plan: the four ways to grow revenue, which of them ads are the wrong tool for, and the channels beyond advertising that most businesses never price.

Returns. A full strategy — market and competitors, position and proof, and a prioritised plan with a dated first ninety days.

AI chat 100 tokens
03

Ads Planner

The whole advertising decision in one place: how much to spend and where, the campaigns you actually build with the names to give them, the audience behind every ad set, what to test first and when to kill it, whether the price clears the cost per purchase, and what the shop behind the ads earns once the stock and the fixed costs are paid.

Returns. An advertising plan — budget, campaign tree, audiences, testing order, break-even ROAS and the month the shop actually has.

Self-contained 20 tokens
04

Campaign Plan

A campaign with one purpose and a run of designed posts serving it — the platform, the format, the content type and the funnel stage decided for each, then the topic, the angle, the hook, what it says, the proof under it and what it asks for. A month if you want a month, or a campaign of any length.

Returns. A campaign in the calendar: a stated purpose, an arc, and every post designed against both.

AI chat 30 tokens
05

Content Creation

The caption, the hashtags and an image prompt for every visual a post needs — one carousel slide at a time. Written against a day in the calendar, carrying the brand identity and the strategy with it.

Returns. A written day in the calendar, with prompts ready for the image GPT.

AI chat 8 tokens
06

Video Script

A thirty to forty-five second script for a reel or a story: what is said, what is shown, and a hook that works with the sound off.

Returns. A three-column script against a day in the calendar.

AI chat 10 tokens
07

Image Creation

Turns the visual prompt from a calendar day into the actual image, holding one look across a whole month.

Returns. The image, made in ChatGPT from the prompt this platform wrote.

AI chat 0 tokens
08

Brand Identity

The whole identity in three parts, in the order a brand is actually decided: what it stands for, how it sounds, and how it looks — each one written from the one before it, in whichever chat window you prefer. Then one click builds the brand book.

Returns. One brand book — strategy, voice and visual identity, with the logo rules, the colour codes and the do’s and don’ts a designer works from.

AI chat 25 tokens
Self-contained

Runs entirely on the platform. No outside account.

AI chat

Builds a detailed brief you run in your own ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, then paste the reply back.

Chained

Reads what the other tools already produced for the same brand.

03 — Samples

Read a real one before you pay

Every sample below is genuine engine output for one fictional roastery — not a screenshot, not a design file. Switch the language and the document switches with it.

The problem

There is nowhere to check you

Every buyer looks you up before they commit, and finding nothing is worse than finding something modest. This is the floor the rest of the plan stands on.

The strategy

Local reach into a visit

The whole funnel is one decision made a few kilometres away. Radius, opening hours, a current menu and a photograph that matches what arrives at the table do more than a campaign.

Why this model

  • Your sector runs on the physical retail, sold in the branch model.

The plan

Two tracks: the one that fixes the bottleneck, and the one that feeds it.

1

Content and presence

What it buys: existing credibly where people check you

Why it is here: It is what the diagnosis found. The physical retail, sold in the branch model leans on it. It is what works in your sector.

  • Analysing and optimising ads across all platforms
  • Communicating with the sales team for performance optimisation
  • Optimising ads for better sales results
  • Analysing brand image on social media
  • Optimising search engine standing
  • Monthly reporting of results
  • Preparing the next three-month plan

The point at which the engagement either scales on evidence or stops. A plan that does not name that decision is a plan that renews by inertia.

What to judge it on

Headline number: visits and repeat rate

reach in catchmentdirection requestscallsoffer redemptionsrepeat visit rateaverage ticket

Not judged before month 1 — that is how long your sales cycle takes to show a result.

What this plan will not do

A plan that recommends everything is a menu, not advice.

  • Conversion and follow-up
Not at this budget. Two tracks: the one that fixes the bottleneck, and the one that feeds it.
  • And specifically
national campaigns for a single branch — paying to be seen by people who will never walk in
  • In your sector
advertising outside the delivery or driving radius, and photography that oversells the plate

What was ruled out first

The diagnosis checked these in order and they did not apply. Shown so it can be argued with.

  • The market cannot tell you apart from someone else
  • Nobody can repeat what you do
  • Interest arrives and nothing happens to it

What could go wrong

RiskWhat we do about it
No physical evidence or multimedia available to work withUse the brand's own stories to build reputation while the material is produced
Leads generated come in below targetApproach the audience on other channels, rework the current advertising, and build digital alliances
The team is not aligned on the business visionRealign with all stakeholders, train the team, or reassign team members

What we need from you

  • Brand identity files
  • Multimedia from previous work
  • Access to the marketing channels and ad accounts
  • An allocated sales team to receive and follow up leads
  • A decision-maker who can approve within the week

The commonest cause of a slow first month is not the plan. It is access that has not been granted and material that has not arrived.

How we will work together

  • WhatsApp group — Direct communication with the project team, and feedback from the sales team
  • Telegram group — High-quality resource transfer where Google Drive is not available
  • Monthly meeting — Analyse the month's results and goal status, and gather insight for next month's activity
  • Milestone meeting, every three months — Report goal results and performance, and plan the next milestone's goals
  • Emergency meeting — Whenever needed, based on direct communication

Direct communication is always available for on-the-spot required actions.

What you will be given

  • Campaigns plan — Every campaign created and planned, with its platforms and audiences
  • Content calendar — A monthly calendar showing content types and platforms
  • Content repository — Everything posted and planned, linked to the multimedia created and labelled by campaign, audience and journey phase

This is a strategy, not a quotation. It contains no prices, deliberately — what a piece of work costs is a conversation, not an output.

Full strategy — Nile Coffee Roasters

Advertising is not the lever here. The margin per bag will not carry paid acquisition, and three of the four ways to grow revenue are wide open and unused.

Is advertising even the right tool here?

AdvertisingNot yet, and not for retail.

A 250g retail bag carries roughly 78 EGP of margin. At a measured cost per purchase of 190 EGP in this category, the first order loses money and only pays back on the third. Nothing currently makes a third order happen, so paid acquisition would be buying losses at scale. Wholesale is different — an account is worth thousands over a year — but wholesale is not bought through advertising.

Do this instead

Fix repeat purchase first, then acquire. Until then, grow through the three levers that do not need a budget: bigger orders, lifetime value, and referrals.

What only this business can say

The only roaster that tells you when your coffee was roasted and when the next bag arrives.

The audience wants
Coffee that is actually fresh, without having to think about it
This business has
Roast-dating on every bag and enough capacity to schedule deliveries
Competitors lack
Not one competitor publishes a roast date or offers a standing order
The honest check
This is a real overlap, but it is thin — it is a process advantage, and any competitor could copy it within a quarter. The window is now.

The positioning statement

For For people in Cairo who have started caring what their coffee tastes like, Nile Coffee Roasters is the is the speciality roaster that that makes freshness a schedule rather than a gamble

For
For people in Cairo who have started caring what their coffee tastes like
Compared with
is the speciality roaster
The promise
that makes freshness a schedule rather than a gamble
Reasons to believe it
every bag carries its roast date, and subscriptions arrive the week the last one runs out
What they end up with
so the coffee at home is as good as the coffee they paid for in a café

Does the market actually want this?

The callnarrow

Stage reached problem-solution

People buy and say they like it. Nobody has yet demonstrated they will come back on their own — and without cohort figures, that cannot be claimed.

Focus on the subscription cohort and prove repeat purchase there before spending anything on wider acquisition.

The market, and how big it really is

TAM is the whole market, SAM the part this business could serve, SOM the part it could realistically win. Nobody serves a whole market, so only the third number is a target.

Where this business stands

Strengths

What not to do

A plan that recommends everything is a menu, not advice.

  • Run paid acquisition for retail this quarterThe margin does not carry it until repeat purchase is fixed. This is the most expensive available mistake.
  • Compete with Roastery 15 on priceThey buy at volumes this roastery will not reach for years, and the fight is unwinnable.
  • Hire an influencerNothing in the research suggests this category is bought on recommendation from strangers.

What could not be verified

Where a link would not load or a figure is not published, that is a finding rather than a gap to fill with something plausible.

  • Repeat purchase rates for speciality coffee in Egypt — no published data found.
  • Roastery 15's wholesale volumes — not published, and not inferable from the site.

Where this came from

Rules that do not bend

  • One campaign per platform per stage. Never mix two stages in one campaign — the optimiser only optimises for one thing.
  • Exclusions are not optional: every stage excludes the audiences of the stage below it, or you pay twice for the same person.
  • Campaign-level budget (CBO) at three ad sets or more; ad-set level at one or two.
  • Do not touch an ad set’s budget while it is learning — every edit restarts it.

🧪 Testing and scaling plan

One variable per test. Two at once produces a result you cannot attribute.

1. Creative — angle and hook — 15,873 EGP

2 ads on different angles inside one ad set, same audience, same offer. Creative is the biggest lever in the auction by a wide margin. Testing it first means every later test runs on a sound base.

WhenWeeks 1–2
Decide afterAfter 610 EGP per ad, or three results — whichever comes first.
Kill ruleKill any ad running more than 1.5× the target cost.
Scale ruleKeep exactly two winners and build next month on their angle.

2. Audience — broad vs interests vs lookalike — 10,582 EGP

The winning ad, unchanged, across two or three ad sets with different audiences. Tested after creative because a weak ad makes every audience look the same.

WhenWeeks 3–4
Decide afterAfter 610 EGP per ad set.
Kill ruleCut the dearest audience once the gap passes 40%.
Scale ruleMove its budget to the winner over three days, not in one step.

3. Offer and destination — 7,937 EGP

The landing page or form: how many fields, and what the offer says above the fold. Third because it moves what happens after the click, and it cannot be measured without traffic.

WhenMonth 2
Decide afterAfter at least a hundred visits per version.
Kill ruleDrop the lower-converting version once the gap holds.
Scale ruleMake the winner the default for every campaign.

4. Format and placements — 5,291 EGP

Vertical versus square, and automatic versus manual placements. The last few per cent. Doing it earlier is the default mistake, because flipping a toggle is easier than shooting a video.

WhenMonth 2 or 3
Decide afterAfter a full week of data.
Kill ruleExclude the placement that spends and does not convert.
Scale ruleRe-cut the winner at the right ratio for each placement.

Scaling

Raise a winner’s budget by 20% every three days while cost stays under target. For bigger jumps duplicate the ad set rather than raising its budget — a large increase restarts the learning phase.

Hold 13,228 EGP of the monthly budget unallocated, so a winner can be scaled without waiting for next month.

BOFU — conversionReturn on ad spend (ROAS)4.43× or betterBelow this the campaign is buying revenue at a loss.

Review these weekly, not daily. Daily is noise; monthly is too late to act on. Rows marked as convention are common professional rules of thumb, not benchmark-table values — do not present them to a client as measured.

Caption

Two bags. Same country, same week, same roaster.

One says Ethiopia. The other says Guji, Hambela, 1,950m, washed, harvested February.

The second one is why your flat white tastes like a peach today and like a biscuit last month. Single origin is not a quality claim — it is an address. And an address is what lets you order the same thing twice.

Our September Guji is on the site. The roast date is on the bag, where it belongs.

Visual prompt — slide 1

Editorial product photograph, natural window light from the left, plain warm-cream background (#F5EFE6). Two identical kraft coffee bags standing side by side on a matte dark surface (#1C1917), one label blank and one label detailed. Shallow depth of field, soft shadow falling right. Muted palette of roasted brown (#4A2C17) and cream. No people, no steam, no burlap sacks, no cups. Square 1:1. Leave the upper third uncluttered for a headline to be added afterwards.

Visual prompt — slide 2

Overhead flat-lay, same warm-cream background and natural light. A scatter of green unroasted beans on the left half and roasted beans on the right half, divided by a clean straight line. Roasted brown and cream palette, no props, no hands. Square 1:1, generous negative space at the bottom for caption text.

04 — Method

Brief in. Document out. Link to send.

The same four steps in every tool — nothing new to learn on the fifth.

01

Add a brand

Every result is filed against a brand. Agencies run several; a single business runs one.

02

Answer the brief

Structured questions, never a blank page. The tool carries what it already knows.

03

Take the document

Finished and formatted. Saved automatically, versioned every time you re-run it.

04

Send the link

One click publishes an unguessable link for a client. One click revokes it permanently.

05 — Before you pay

The things worth knowing

01 What exactly am I paying for?

A weekly token allowance. Every tool is on every plan — nothing is locked behind a higher tier — and the plan decides how many tools you can run a week. Free gives 60 tokens a week, Pro 400, Max 2,500. A run costs between 0 and 150 tokens depending on the tool.

02 Do unused tokens expire?

The weekly allowance refills and does not roll over — a quiet week does not bank onto the next one. Tokens you buy on top never expire, and they are only spent once the week's allowance is gone.

03 Do I need a ChatGPT account?

For most tools, no — they are calculators that run entirely on the platform. 6 of them build a detailed brief you run in whichever chat window you prefer — ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini — and paste back; the platform then parses, renders and files it with the rest of your results. We would rather say so plainly than have you find out after paying.

04 What exactly is a "result"?

One finished run of one tool, saved against one brand — a design direction, a brand voice, a media plan. Re-running creates a new result and keeps the old one, so you can compare or roll back.

05 How do the public links work?

Any saved result can become a public page at an unguessable address. It needs no login, is never indexed, and stops working the moment you revoke it. Revoking destroys the address rather than hiding it, so a link you have already handed out can never come back to life — re-sharing mints a fresh one.

06 Where do the numbers in the ad plans come from?

One shared benchmark table covering 10 markets and twenty industries, reviewed on a schedule. Every result shows the assumptions behind it — the market, the exchange rate used, and when the benchmarks were last reviewed — so you know what you are standing on before you put it in front of a client.

07 Can I add my team?

Free is a single seat, Pro includes 1 and Max 10, all sharing the same brands and results. Invites are sent from inside the account.

08 How does payment work?

Start with a 7-day trial and no card. When it ends we send an invoice in Egyptian pounds and the package activates on payment — bank transfer, Instapay, or card by arrangement. Online checkout is in progress; the trial never auto-charges.

09 What happens to my work if I cancel?

Your results stay in the account, readable and shareable. The account drops to the Free weekly allowance so you can run fewer tools — but nothing you already produced is deleted or locked away.

06 — Start

Run it on a real brand

Not a demo. Put the design selector and the content guidelines against something you actually bill for, and judge the output the way a client would.
